Shipping Duration
Products are delivered within 2 to 7 business working days after dispatch.
Deliveries to very remote or difficult locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
International shipments will be delivered in 7 to 15 days depending on the country.
In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 15 days due to reasons such as logistic problems, government regulation changes, customs clearance, etc.
For specially made-to-order products, please allow up to 15 days for manufacturing according to your requirements. We will ship the product as soon as it is ready.
All products are shipped out between 3–10 working days depending on the product category.
Please note: all the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
In situations beyond IndieBlingz.com’s control, there may be circumstances that cause a delay. In such cases, IndieBlingz.com will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it's possible that we may not be able to produce or deliver your ordered piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option, store credit, full refund, or exchange of the item.
Shipping Charges: Delivery Within India
Free Shipping within India for all orders.
Shipping Charges: Delivery Outside India
IndieBlingz.com charges a minimum amount of INR 1399 per order (rate varies depending upon the weight; an additional INR 500 will be added for each additional 1 kg) for all shipping outside India.
For delivery outside India, the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment is not available.
Important Note
Additional charges such as Import Duty or Customs Duty, if applicable and specific to a particular country, are to be borne by the customer.
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 7–10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/postal service timelines.
Change of Delivery Address
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched and is still under processing, we can change the delivery address. You need to contact us at sales@indieblingz.com as soon as possible, or call our customer care number at +91 9638310354.
Once the order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect the order to a different delivery address. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Although we ship to most locations across India and continuously work on expanding our reach, whether an order can be delivered to your address depends on various factors such as delivery partner coverage, legal restrictions, and shipping limitations for certain products in specific locations.
Taxes and Duties
For Indian Customers
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes levied by your country. Payment at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Office Norms
IndieBlingz.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by courier companies or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2–10 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
IndieBlingz.com is not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit. However, if there is any damage to the box or if the seal is open, kindly contact our customer care number immediately.
If there are any delays in transit, IndieBlingz.com is not liable, as all products are shipped via third-party shipping companies.
Tracking of Order
You will be able to track your order online using the AWB number of your parcel. The AWB number and tracking link will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
