Return And Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. Our Replacement, Return and Cancellation policies provide buyer protection and ensure that you do not get any unpleasant surprises after your purchase.

Refund

IndieBlingz does not provide cash refunds for products that are returned or cancelled by customers. The respective amount will be provided as Store Credit (Gift Card), which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. However, exchange with any other product is also possible.

Replacement

In the highly unlikely event that any product ordered from us is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you will receive a replacement for the exact same product originally ordered. Requests for a different product as a replacement will not be valid.

If the product received is damaged or incorrect, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with the proper reason.

To initiate a replacement request, please WhatsApp us at +91 9638310354 or email us at sales@indieblingz.com along with photographs of the damaged product as proof. Replacement requests will not be valid after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

After the replacement request is accepted, our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However, if handover of the package is denied or intentionally delayed, the replacement request will not be entertained.

After the product is received in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact, the originally ordered product will be reshipped to you.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for replacement or store credit.

In the rare event that we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product, we will provide Store Credit for the respective amount.

Minor color or design variations from the photographs displayed on the website are not eligible for replacement or Store Credit.

IndieBlingz is responsible for replacements if the product gets damaged in transit anywhere within India. The product will be replaced with the same fresh piece.

IndieBlingz is not responsible for replacements of products damaged in transit outside India. However, if the customer still wishes to receive a replacement, they will be required to bear the return shipping costs.

Orders related to size and weight issues, especially bangles, will not be eligible for return, replacement, or Store Credit. We request customers who have any doubts regarding bangle size or product specifications to contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9638310354. We will help you choose the most suitable size.

We request customers to record a video while unboxing the parcel. This helps us make a more accurate assessment for replacement or return claims.

Return

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to return them, please inform us within 7 days of product delivery. Return requests will not be valid after 7 days from delivery.

You can initiate the return process by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9638310354 or emailing sales@indieblingz.com.

After the return request is accepted, our logistics partner will attempt pickup from your original delivery address. However, if handover of the package is denied or intentionally delayed, the return request will not be entertained.

After the product is received in an undamaged and unused condition, with the original box and tags intact, the respective amount will be issued as Store Credit.

No replacement or Store Credit will be provided if products are returned in used or damaged condition.

Returns are not applicable for Bridal Sets and customized products.

If customers face issues regarding package pickup, the product may be shipped back by the customer only after receiving confirmation from us. The return shipping address will be provided via email or WhatsApp.

IndieBlingz.com will provide Store Credit for the full amount if the parcel is lost or remains undelivered to your preferred location.

In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable for certain PIN codes, customers will need to ship the product back to us. Store Credit will be issued after we receive the product. For such unserviceable PIN codes, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

For returns from outside India, customers must bear the shipping charges if they wish to send the product back for replacement.

No Cash Refunds

There will be no cash refunds. Customers will be provided Store Credit for the full amount wherever applicable under this policy.

Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Instead, an exchange request may be raised after the order is received, subject to the terms of this policy.

Cancellation by IndieBlingz

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

IndieBlingz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in cancellation include:

  • Limitations on available quantities
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
  • Product being out of stock
  • Issues identified by our fraud prevention or payment verification systems

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

If all or part of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required, we will contact you. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be reversed back to the original payment method.

Products Purchased During Sale

Products purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or sale periods cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an exchange is exceptionally approved, it will be processed on an MRP-to-MRP basis. The MRP of the exchanged product and the MRP of the newly selected product will be considered, and any difference amount must be paid by the customer.

Exchanges are not calculated based on discounted sale prices.
